WHY THE EMS ABDOMINAL & FULL TRAINER?

This trainer design has 4 pads on each side giving it 8 in total which covers the total abdominal area! It works to burn fat as well as strengthen and tighten abdominal muscles including the 8 pack abs, bicep, vastus lateralis muscle, vastus medialis muscles. There are 6 different modes and 10 intensities (workouts) for choosing different frequency of vibration and current strength. The trainer will shut off automatically after 12 minutes training.

HOW TO USE IT?

The use is simple. First, use your nail or small device to turn the battery cover. Then insert the AAA batteries.  Afterwards, connect the main device with the gel pad, then attach it between your ribs and hips. After that, press the middle button to turn on the main device, indicator light will flash 3 times and will auto turn off about 5 seconds later if you do not attach to body.

DO NOT USE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS

• People with an internal transplant, or any type of electronic devices such as an artificial heart transplant etc.
• Not advisable for patients who recently had a surgery on the ab or arm area as it may interfere with the healing process.
• Patients with epilepsy.
• Allergic reaction to hydrogel pads.
• Blood circulation disorder patients.
• Pregnant and postpartum women.
• Patients with cancer.

Question:  Where can I purchase the extra gel pads for this trainer?

Answer:  We carry the Abdominal Muscle Trainer Replacement Hydro Gel Pads here in our store. You can get 10 pairs for $16.50!

Question:  If someone is overweight, can they use this to help them lose weight?

Answer:  Yes, however it must be sustained at least 3 months to be the most effective. During weight loss, controlling your diet will yield the fastest results.

Question:  Can I use these on my upper legs?

Answer:  Yes, but you can not use the Body Gel Pads on body parts above neck such as face and head.

Question:  Are EMS Stimulators FDA approved?

Answer:  Yes, they absolutely are approved by the FDA

Question:  How often should I use this trainer to get the best results?

Answer:  20 - 30 minutes sessions, 5 days a week.

Shipping Times

Please allow up to 7 business days from the day placing your order for the item to be shipped. In most cases, items are shipped that day if ordered before 2pm CST, however for some products, we do need a little longer to get out the door, therefore we say up to 7 business days to manage your expectations.

Depending where you live, the shipping times range based off the carrier and your location.

We want to make you, our beloved customer, happy. So, if for any reason you are not happy with the order you received, please contact us to help make it right.

We very much appreciated you business, however if you have a problem with the item(s) shipped to you, Me, By Me will fix it immediately given the fault is on our part. We will only accept returns and issue a refund under the following conditions:  

• The item is damaged and/or materially-flawed
• You received the wrong order
• The design is different from your order

In all these cases, we require photo proof to process your refund.

Kindly include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Item(s) that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Me By Me do not refund the original shipping and handling fees that you paid for your order, however we will cover the cost of shipping for any replacements we send out to you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three working days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
